1. Services Offered

Madalina Ghizdeanu offers a range of professional makeup services, including but not limited to:

• Makeup for brides
• Makeup for events
• Commercial makeup for commercials, catwalks and other media projects
• Makeup classes

2. Reservation and Cancellation Policy

Reservations

• Reservations can be made up to 1.5 years in advance.
• Guests must pay a deposit to secure their reservation.

Reprogramming

• Clients can reschedule their appointment based on available times.
• If a client wishes to reschedule but there are no available times, they will be required to keep the initial appointment or lose their deposit.

Cancellation

• If a client cancels their appointment, the deposit will be forfeited.
• In the event of force majeure forcing Madalina Ghizdeanu to cancel, the customer will be fully refunded.

3. Payment Terms

Accepted Payment Methods

• Cash
• Bizum
• Bank transfer

Payment Schedule for Brides

• Advance payment must be made within 3 days of accepting the service.
• Half of the remaining amount must be paid at the makeup test.
• Final payment is made on the day of the wedding.

Payment for Commercial Projects

• Payments are due within 30 days of the date of service or according to the terms of the individual contract.

Refund Policy

• Refunds are not accepted for any services provided.
• Prices are subject to change at any time.

4. Customer Responsibilities and Conduct

Punctuality

• Clients are expected to arrive punctually for their appointment.
• Services are scheduled within specific times.
• If a customer is more than 30 minutes late, the reservation will be cancelled and the full service fee will be charged.

Allergies and Sensitivities

• Clients must inform Madalina Ghizdeanu of any known allergies or skin sensitivities.
• Madalina Ghizdeanu is not responsible for any allergic reaction if the client was not aware of his/her allergy.

5. Liability and Exemptions

• Madalina Ghizdeanu is not responsible for any skin or allergic reactions that have not been disclosed by the client prior to the service.

6. Image Rights

• Madalina Ghizdeanu retains the copyright to any images, photographs or videos taken before, during and after the service.
• These images may be used for promotional purposes on Momentodemaquillaje.com and associated social media channels.
