1. Services Offered<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Madalina Ghizdeanu offers a range of professional makeup services, including but not limited to:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u2022 Makeup for brides
\u2022 Makeup for events
\u2022 Commercial makeup for commercials, catwalks and other media projects
\u2022 Makeup classes<\/p>\n\n\n\n

2. Reservation and Cancellation Policy<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Reservations<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u2022 Reservations can be made up to 1.5 years in advance.
\u2022 Guests must pay a deposit to secure their reservation.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Reprogramming<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u2022 Clients can reschedule their appointment based on available times.
\u2022 If a client wishes to reschedule but there are no available times, they will be required to keep the initial appointment or lose their deposit.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Cancellation<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u2022 If a client cancels their appointment, the deposit will be forfeited.
\u2022 In the event of force majeure forcing Madalina Ghizdeanu to cancel, the customer will be fully refunded.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

3. Payment Terms<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u2022 Bizum
\u2022 Bank transfer<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Payment Schedule for Brides<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u2022 Advance payment must be made within 3 days of accepting the service.
\u2022 Half of the remaining amount must be paid at the makeup test.
\u2022 Final payment is made on the day of the wedding.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Payment for Commercial Projects<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u2022 Payments are due within 30 days of the date of service or according to the terms of the individual contract.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Refund Policy<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u2022 Refunds are not accepted for any services provided.
\u2022 Prices are subject to change at any time.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

4. Customer Responsibilities and Conduct<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Punctuality<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u2022 Clients are expected to arrive punctually for their appointment.
\u2022 Services are scheduled within specific times.
\u2022 If a customer is more than 30 minutes late, the reservation will be cancelled and the full service fee will be charged.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Allergies and Sensitivities<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u2022 Clients must inform Madalina Ghizdeanu of any known allergies or skin sensitivities.
\u2022 Madalina Ghizdeanu is not responsible for any allergic reaction if the client was not aware of his\/her allergy.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

5. Liability and Exemptions<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u2022 Madalina Ghizdeanu is not responsible for any skin or allergic reactions that have not been disclosed by the client prior to the service.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

6. Image Rights<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u2022 Madalina Ghizdeanu retains the copyright to any images, photographs or videos taken before, during and after the service.
\u2022 These images may be used for promotional purposes on Momentodemaquillaje.com and associated social media channels.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
